Iβm a Computer Science PhD Candidate at UCF, advised by Dr. Joseph J. LaViola Jr., member of the ISUE Lab, researching in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and XR.
My current research focuses on building multimodal conversational virtual agents π€π¬ and developing generative models for human motion ππ to predict XR task performance. I work with real-time ML pipelines, including speech recognition π€, language models (LLMs, VLMs), and synthesis (TTS), integrated into interactive VR environments using Unity and custom tools.
I also have experience with gesture recognition π€, synthetic data augmentation π, and perception studies π in VR. My goal is to continue exploring these areas in an applied R&D role in industry or academia.
